We search the globe for land opportunities. In the UK, the huge difference in value between land without planning consent, and land with planning consent, offers an opportunity to realise returns by obtaining the necessary planning permissions.

Northern Cyprus is currently embargoed by the EU and as a result, land and property prices are substantially lower than in the South. Turkey's entry to the EU provides for Northern Cyprus to enter the EU resulting in land and property prices likely to rise significantly.

In the Philippines, our enormous amount of land, a vibrant economy and a huge shortage of affordable housing for local people provide opportunities for substantial returns, but also to effect a social change for the better for local people.
